Your Off-Duty Wardrobe Needs: David Hart

Produced with  Esquire

Some call it charm. Some call it swagger. You just know it when you see it. And thanks to a crop of emerging menswear designers, the most stylish guys are dressing down to dress up.

Meet:

David Hart, a menswear and accessories designer with a strong sense of ’50s and ’60s nostalgia. Known equally for his vintage-inspired ties, sensible suiting, and heavy-handed sprinkling of unexpected textures (case in point: mohair fur), the F.I.T. alum might very well be the most non-conforming classicist in menswear.

You’ll like him if…

You never shy away from a bold cut or print. Hart’s designs are daringly modern, but because he cut his teeth with turns at Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren, his styles have staying power, too.
